Super Service Today was great! They did a couple of jobs for us. All of the guys that came were nice, friendly and professional. After the last job was done, I called to report something else that got damaged during the repair of the sewer pipe, and they came right out and fixed it. Did a great job there too! I found them to be a little pricey but its the price you have to pay for good service I think.
Would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Our house is on a hill, a couple stories up from the street. We had a sewer main collapse, in what turned out to be several places in our hill, due to the aging of the original clay pipes that were used.
Super Service Today came out to pump out our manhole, which had backed up from the collapsed sewer main, and credited the cost of that service towards the full repair. Within one week of calling them, they had completed the emergency repair, which required digging and replacing 50 feet of pipe. Their crew did a great job in caring for our property along the way and took extra effort to minimize the damage to the landscaping. They were fast and responsive when few other companies were. As the scope of our project began to creep, they were fair with the price and helped to keep it within our budget.
One of the reasons that we had decided to go with SST was the equipment they proposed to use for the job. It was nigh impossible to get an excavator on my hill due to large rocks and the steepness of the hill; several contractors proposed to do the dig by hand, but now that we know what we found (several areas of collapse, and a larger scope of the job than we originally anticipated), that would have turned out to be a nightmare. Other contractors were going to try to bring excavators onto the hill anyways, with the expectation that there would be damage to my fence, staircase, and raised garden beds, as well as tearing up the lawn. SST sprayed out the ground with high powered water and used a vacuum truck to suck up all the loose dirt and sewage that had spilled into the hill. Had we done this any other way, the trench would have been much wider, we would have had large piles of dirt where there was no room for it, and there would have been much more destruction to the property. Out of 14 contractors that we called, Super Service Today was the only company that proposed brining the right tools to the job.
