I$0027ve used this company in the past and the tech has been great. Unfortunately whoever answers the phones here needs a major attitude adjustment. Completely unable to help or make any appointments outside the hours of 11-2. It$0027s very unfortunate that the face of your business is someone so miserable. Please teach your receptionist how to treat a customer trying to use your services with a little respect.

Appeared to take a trial and error approach. Did not instill confidence from the minute the repair man ot out of the truck. Couldn$0027t open the septic tank with a little hand socket wrench, gave up, finally went to the roof vent when I suggested that had been done in the past, scratched the hell out of our brand new gutters dragging the snake up to the roof, I had to provide the ladder, drained 1 inch of water from bathtub and called it fixed for $330. Water backed up 2 days later and overflowed toilet by the end of the week. When I called to have someone come back out because it wasn$0027t fixed I was told by the office manager (presumably) there was no guarantee and that I signed for the job so they wouldn$0027t send anyone else out for free. When I checked, sure enough it was illegibly printed on the bottom of the receipt I signed. When I pointed out that the guy who came out didn$0027t really seem to know what he was doing she got really nasty, along with another woman in the background. It was basically no longer their problem. Needless to say I will never use them again. Find someone competent and save yourself a lot of time and money. Earth Care came out, immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it for real within 30 minutes, no damage, offered some helpful maintenance advice, super friendly, for another $334. Needless to say, I highly recommend Earth Care and permanently deleted American Sewer from my contacts list.
